I absolutely LOVE the name Stella! I work at a daycare, and I have 12 toddlers in my room. One of them is named Stella Violet, but we sometimes call her Stella Mae (I'm not sure why though). She is one of the funniest and sweetest little girls I have ever met, and I will always think of Stella-Bina (or Beaner, or Stella-Bean...she has a lot of nicknames!!!) when I hear the name.
