To me (no offense meant here!), Justus is a bad / silly spelling of Justice. I suppose, if you're religious,
the name could be nice, according to BtN's database. I like Justice (if Justus is a bad spelling),
but since that's not an option I would say Julius, which is a great name, imo.

I don't find Julius a masculine toned name, and Justus isn't a name to me, and it looks horrible compared to Justice.

If I had to choose one, then I choose Justice, with this spelling only, as Justus just looks creative and misspelled, even though it is. I pronounce both the same way, but others may not.
