I know it gets a bit confusing but you did it mostly right and I've fixed the format of your family so it reads like the other player's families. So your family looks like this:

The only thing that you could posibly change would be to give Lady Augusta Susan a maiden name. Other than that I've fixed all of your titles which were mostly correct so you're all ready for the next round! :)
