I used to love both, but Tallulah as lost some of its appeal to me recently, and Delilah has become even more appealing. The "D" sound is a personal favourite in girls names at the moment. The biblical associations of Delilah don't bother me. Delilah Rose is delightful, even if I don't usually care for Rose.
