I've realy liked Alba ever since I saw it on Spain's most popular names list. It doesn't make me think of Jessica Alba at all.

Alba's fine, though lately I've been liking Alda, if that appeals to you at all. :)

Doesn't really do anything for me: not horrible, not a fave.

Sorry Jessica Alba association is too strong for me. I know it would be especially for the men!

Do you have to add "I'm not pregnant" to every post you make? Most of us aren't, and we won't witch hunt you just because you don't tell us each time you post.

I prefer Alberta and Alma. Alba isn't bad, but it doesn't do anything for me--and if the associations are there, they're there. Which they are. And since I don't like Jessica Alba, I can evaluate the sound of the name alone 'til kingdom come and it won't mean much of anything. ;)
