-Viktor Stelian is a 4 year old boy from Romania [with Russian and French ancestry]. He is very rambunctuous and loves to be outdoors. He also makes a ton of messes, as his favorite thing to do is fingerpaint or swim. Viktor has been from one foster home to another since his mother died in childbirth. He has always wanted siblings and tons of pets, and of course, loving parents. His main language is Romanian, but he knows partial French because he spent a year with French foster parents.

Viktor is doing very good here. He's learning English well and he enjoys swimming in the swimming hole with the girls, though he seems a bit scared of the horses. He likes the dogs. Dobrosław seems to be particularly fond of him, for some reason.
He also says "Salut, şi mulţumesc!"

Lol, thanks? Well, Romania is in Europe, and you also wanted major romance laguages so I figured he'd be able to talk both Romanian and French.
