[Games] Re: you say, you think (daughter)
My daughter Miranda Cheryl
say: Hey, Miranda!
think: That's what we used to call Tziporah...I like Miranda a lot, but not Cheryl. At least, not as a MN for Miranda. My daughter Moriah Bryn
say: Hi, Moriah, nice to meet you. Your name's very pretty.
think: Aw, add Moriah to the list of names I love but can't use without thinking of Lord of the Rings. My daughter Abigail Grace
say: Hi, Abigail.
think: Salt petre! Pins! Seriously, the names sound nice together, if a little boring. My daughter Emilia Claire
say: Nice to meet you Emilia.
think: The flourishy ending cannot disguise that Emily and all variations thereof is/are one of the cruellest names that can be given to a child. Seriously, being named Sarah is awful, and Emily is far more popular. I know it's Emilia and not Emily, but they don't sound that different at all.My daughter Ashtyn Blaire
say: Hello, Ashtyn. Can I call you Ash?
think: Another victim of kry8tiff names. Poor soul.my daughter Rebekah Erin
say: Hi, Rebekah!
think: Rebekah is much better than Rebecca.my daughter Christiana Lily
say: Hey there, Christiana. Do you go by anything else? Chris? Ana? Tiana? Anything?
think: Christana-ty? Interesting this is the sister of Rebekah...My daughter Brynn Leah
say: Brynn, what a nice name! Nice to meet you.
think: It is a nice name, and Leah's one of my favourites, but they don't fit together at all. Saying this name aloud is awkward. Plus it sounds like Brynnlie, which is...eech. I'd pick a different MN.
