Ayla is beautiful! I pronounce it AY-la, but the IE-la pronunciation is nice as well.
Of your combos, I like:
Ayla Camille - Not crazy about it, but it's nice. Ayla Giselle would be nice too.
Ayla Emerald - Cute. Ayla Topaz would be cute as well.
Ayla Madelyn - I actually think that the Y's balance each other out. Ayla Madeleine would be very pretty as well though.
Ayla Soleil - This one depends on how you pronounce it, AY-la so-LAY wouldn't sound quite right.
