I'm presuming Lailah is either pronounced LIE-lah or LAY-lah. Either way, I think the spelling Lailah is terrible. If it's LIE-lah, then I like Lila or Lyla and if it's LAY-lah, then I like Layla. Claire is ok, Jane is nice and Sierra is not really my style. I would prefer Sienna.

Laila Claire would be stunning, though I'd prefer it spelled Lila for the LIE-lah pronunciation and Leila for the LAY-lah one.

Odd, I love Sierra Jane but I hate Lailah Claire. Jane is one of my favorte names and it goes ewll with Sierrra.

Both are very nice, solid names. I particularly like Lailah Claire although I would prefer Leila Claire & Sienna Jane.
