It's pretty, but I prefer the Czech pronunciation that Akis highlighted.

Wow, it's really really beautiful! I like Anochka too (I saw another person post it below), but I think I like Eliska better.

The name is NMS but it isn't a horrible name. I think it is a usable one.

The mark over the s (it's called a haček) means that letter is pronounced sh, so that name is il-ish-ka. Anyway, it's a cute name.
