[Opinions] Re: Shannon & Michelle

I know Shannon was originally a boy's name. And usually I like to stick with tradition. But it is also a river in Ireland (where my mother and paternal grandparents are from). Since I'm used to nature names on girls, Shannon for a girl feels very, well, natural. Confession: it's also my niece's name. Sue me.
Shannon Olivia
Shannon Eliza
Shannon Maeve
Shannon Bridget
Shannon Eileen
Shannon Deirdre
Shannon Tess
Shannon Kate
Shannon Ailsa (Scottish place name)
Shannon Emily
Michelle I've never really warmed to. But it is a feminine classic, so I'm happy enough to see it on a newborn girl.
Michelle Christine
Michelle Rosalie
Michelle Valerie
Michelle Sandrine
Michelle Therese ("tehr-EZZ")
Good luck!
