Ruth = ♥.
I'll admit that I rather wish I could say that my first association was the Ruth of the Bible, who was a wonderful woman, but it's not. Three guesses as to who is, and the first two don't count. ^^;;;
I love Ruthie, too. Too cute; Ruthie Snow is one of my lesser favourites among double names.
Ruth Julia and Ruth Alice are both fine, but neither is jumping out at me as the perfect combo. A few suggestions (I should hate to overwhelm you):
Ruth Claudia
Ruth Thomasine / Ruth Thomasin / Ruth Thomasina / Ruth Tamsin / Ruth Tomasa
Ruth Helena / Ruth Helen
Ruth Antonia / Ruth Antonelle / Ruth Antonella
Ruth Penelope / Ruth Parnassia / Ruth Perpetua / Ruth Persephone / Ruth Pandora / Ruth Petronella
