It depends on what kind of names you like. Do you prefer uncommon names for Isis? Or common names for Isis since Isis itself is not common (though it is starting to become common in the US).

Ooh, I really like Isis. I also like Iris a lot. My favorite Iris combo is Iris Julia... maybe you'll like Isis Julia? :)

I quite like Isis although I'm not sure if I would use it ( I love Iris!) but it's lovely anyway. I prefer the English prn, also. middle names...hmmm..the first that comes to mind is Aurora. Isis Aurora? Isis Aurelia?
