How is Savina pronounced like Sabrina? :-/ Do you just mean that they rhyme? I don't think Savina or Rocco are atrocious by any means. I actually like Rocco. I'm not loving Savina--reminds me of "saving" and "saliva". :b But they could definitely be worse.

Yes, they just rhyme. I wasn't sure how familiar people would be with this name or with the pronounciation. Sabrina was just the first name that came to mind. Sorry for the confusion.
