It actually is to honour Johnny :-) My brother builds guitars, and loves music in general - Grayson's middle name, Leo, was after some guitar guy that James idolises (I think Leo Stratocastor or something like that? The guy that help design the Fendor Stratocastor guitar? I probably spelt that wrong...)

If they didn't use Cash, they would likely use another music-oriented middle name. I'm not sure what else they have in mind though!
