I really, REALLY like Mischa.............for a boy.
It is originally Russian and intended for boys.
I don't like that many boys names.
Gabriel, Quentin, Lysander, Orion, Lionel, Nathaniel, Anthony.
And Mischa.
Thoughts? Opinions?

I love Mischa but prefer it as a nn
Gabriel - just dont like it not sure why
Quentin - dont like the souns of it

I love the name Mischa / Misha / Micha for a boy, but as a nn for Mikhail or Michael

It reminds me of one of my old neighbors who had a dog named Mischa. It also makes me think of my friends mother who is kind of mean and crazy, her name is Mischa. But besides that it's an ok name. I think it works well as a boy or girl name. Personally though I care for Sasha more. All through elementary school I had at least 3 male Sasha's in my class. They had come to America after living in Russia and other near by countries. So I have always felt that Sasha was a very male name.

P.S. I like Mischa better than Misha. Misha just looks incomplete to me.

I like Misha (this spelling) as a nickname for Mikhail. I also like Gabriel, Lysander, Nathaniel, and Anthony.

Mischa - Well it's really a nn for Mikhial, but it's still a brilliant name on its own.
Gabriel - I love it, but some people think it is too feminine for a boy (I dunno, it's probably got something to do with Gabrielle)
Quentin - I don't like it much, but Quentin Tarantino is cool.
Lysander - Meh. It's not bad. I suppose I'm not 'used' to it.
Orion - I used to love this, and Aurora, but, apparently it sounds like' urine' (I don't get that?)
Lionel - Nms, sorry
Nathaniel - Not bad, but nms
Anthony - Great

Well, they're both short and end in -in, but that's about it.
I think Orion and Aurora are a great sibset, especially if they're both born in Winter.

Its not that it sounds like Urine, its that one of its possible meanings might have something to do with Urine

Misha is a better spelling, but I prefer it as a nn for Mikhail.

Gabriel, Lysander, Nathaniel and Mikhail would be gorgeous as brothers.

I love Mischa for a boy. : )

I also like Nathaniel and Lysander. The others aren't really my style, but aren't hideous either.
