Hi everyone!

I discovered the name Orion and have now fallen in love with it! However, I have recently come up with a new way to spell it which I think I prefer. It is Aurion.

What do you think of it? Which spelling do you prefer? And would you pronounce Aurion the same as Orion or differently?

I LOVE it. It's on my list for baby #2. I pronounce both spellings the same, but I much prefer Orion.

I love Orion and I don't pronounce Aurion and Orion the same way.
Choose Orion! :)

I say them differently.

Aurion = OR-e-on
Orion = Or-I-on

I think Aurion sounds like a car, like a jeep or a SUV. I like Orion though.

Aurion if you want people to say ORE-ee-ahn. Orion if you want people to say oh-RYE-in.

I prefer Orion, but I definitely would pronounce the two differently.
