I like Charmian, but I think in real life it would get confused with Charmaine too much. As much as I think think nn Charm would be cute, it's hardly professional, or seriously in any other sense. Therefore, I think Charmian is best as a character names.
I like The Shakespeare names you've listed, except for Hero and Paris. Juliet I'm only iffy about. It's nice enough, but really nms.
