I don't care for Kayley as it's ultra-trendy, and that spelling makes my eye hurt. If I had to choose a spelling, it'd be Kaley. Kayley Marie does flow, along with Kayley Brianne and Kayley Rose. I suggest Kayley Jean.

it's funny you consider Kayley to be ultra-trendy, and then prefer a (trendy) variant over it's original!
BTW i too think it's ultra-trendy, but i prefer the original spelling (as most of the trendy-names).
