Well, you are Muslim, you should know better than I do, but...
ZamZam is the name of the spring that sprang from below Ismael's foot when he and his mom Hagar were left in the desert. It was on ZamZam that Ibrahim / Abraham (Ismael's father) later built his house. Nowadays, that is the site of Mecca, Saudi Arabia.
As far as I remember, ZamZam means "water", "a spring" or something like this.
