It all depends on which kanji (chinese characters) she uses... The ko is standard meaning child... Have you asked her what the Chinese characters mean? Does she know? If you scan the characters onto your computer and email them to me, I can ask my friend Keiko. (I live in Japan)... Does she have 2 characters or 3 for her name?
