Help[Facts] This is probably *not* a greek, female name

Sorry, but I have scoured all my Greek sources and have found absolutely no recorded evidence of Aleris as a Greek female name. Only a few dubious "magickal" web sides quote Aleris as an "ancient Greek name" without providing any meaning or historical namesakes.
Of course I *may* be wrong, but evidence thus far seems to suggest to the contrary...
