What does the name Prichandar mean, I was told it is an Indian name, does anyone have any ideas?

Here i am to wow you with my nearly nonexistent Hindi and Sanskrit.
Priya is an extremely common girl's name, meaniny beloved.
Chandra is the moon?
I would guess it includes these elements.
But I doubt it.
