I have a friend who has a girl called Delainey (the 'i' in it makes it look better I think), and she is just adorable. We call her Lainey Lou as a nn. It's a gorgeous name! But in the end, call your baby what you like, not because someone doesn't like the name or not. Once it's attached to the baby people love the name because they will love the baby! They won't hate your baby if you call it Delainey. Just don't call it Apple!
