[Facts] Owsiej, Ovshey...
I've encountered the male name Owsiej / Ovshey / Oshie / Hoyshe... many times on my family tree. It belonged to Polish Jews, so it could be Polish, Yiddish or a Polish/Yiddish form of a Hebrew name... Any idea??

Owsiej is a Polish spelling BUT not a Polish name.
I'm fluent in Polish, and no.
