What do you think of the name Declan? Do you think it is going to take off popularity-wise within the next few years?

I've always loved it but my DH doesn't-too bad. I went to grade school with a Declan and his sister was Deirdre. Very Irish!

It'll definitely get more popular in the States, along with all the other Irish names. Bleh.

It couldn't be much more popular where I live (Scotland), so I do see it as very overused, sorry.

I really like it, but because I think it's going to get disgustingly popular. Which will be a bummer if it does.

I love it and I don't think it will get too overly popular. I think it makes a nice alternative to Dylan which I strongly dislike.

I think this name is great!! Its so nice. I think it might become popular but not like num one or anything. Maybe is the 20's.

I love it, and im not sure where you live but here in Australia its taken off, i think it will in America too
