I have no idea where Sean John Combs got P-Diddy from though, sorry. If I were to hypothesise, I would say he simply altered his previous stage name, Puff Daddy.
Beyoncé is a transference of Ms. Knowles's mother's maiden name. I don't know what it means, but it's presumably French in origin.
Oh, and I suggest you change your name. It's a bit offensive imo.
