I'd have to pass on this one since I can't figure out how to pronounce it.
Behindthename.com lists this as an Irish form of Katherine. I would be tempted to pronounce it "ca-TREE-uh" since Ca(i)triona is pronounced similarly ("ca-TREE-uh-na"). I could be wrong about that, but that's just the problem: the correct pronunciation is a mystery. I don't like guessing.
