Poppy and Daisy are cute but not together, I would use Daisy as a nn for Marguerite
Katie and Charlotte - I would love Katherine and Charlotte but I find Katie immature sounding
Tom and Jerry - I love Tom and Jeremy nn Jem but not together ... poor kids
Hydie spelt Heidi is cute but the others are nms ...

What's with the sudden spurt of the set Poppy and Daisy? This is the second Poppy and Daisy I've seen posted here in a few days. Is it because of Jamie Oliver's Poppy and Daisy?
Anyway, though I like Poppy and Daisy both individually and together, the themeyness would prevent me from actually using the set.
Katherine and Charlotte or Kathryn and Charlotte are fine for twins, but I dislike Katie as a given name.
Tom and Jerry sound great together, as does Thomas and Jeremy. I would use the set in a heartbeat, if it weren't for the cartoon.
I like Minami from the rest of your names, but personally wouldn't use it unless my child were part Japanese. It's a pretty name, but a it too "out there" for me unless there was a heritage reason for it.

Poppy and Daisy - this is FAR too cutesy for me.
Katie and Charlotte - nice, hope Katie is a nn for Kate or Katherine
Tom and Jerry - both nice names, but the cartoon reference is unfortunate
The ones from the paper are all nmsaa. Hydie made me wonder whether the parents had heard the name Heidi but had never seen it written down, and really thought that was the correct spelling!
