It's not form of the first name you wrote (can't write it, sorry). Moreover this name is not the Hebrew name for "g-d" but the *name* (well, one of them) of G-d. Like, I don't know... Venus doesn't mean "goddess", it is the name of one (sorry for the blasphemy people). Moreoever obviously the name of G-d isn't used as a personal name...
