[Facts] Iselin and Py

I'm looking for the origin and meaning of these two girls' names:1) Iselin - very popular name in Norway (at number 81 in 2001). Alternative spelling: Iselinn. Pronunciation: EEselinn.2) Py - quite rare name in Sweden (there are only 117 persons with that name in the country). Pronunciation: pyy (the yy is pronounced like a French U or a German Ü)Has anyone any information about those names??

Py doesn't mean anything at all. People who have called their children this, have just liked the sound this syllable produces. It has been used as a kind of hypochoristic "pet"-name for some time, and in recent years one has also begun using it as an official ("real") name.

Found the answer for Iselin!Iselin/Iselinn are Norwegian versions of the name Isleen which comes from the Celtic name Aisling.
