If girls...
Payton - If it must be one of these four names, this is my second choice. I don't really like it, but I dislike it less than some of the others.
Taylor - I consider this a surname, but it would be my third choice of these four names because it is a thousand times better than Riley.
Ella - This would be my first choice. It's sweet and cute.
Riley - Please, please, please not Riley! I'm sure I'm about to offend about twenty people on the board, but this has got to be one of the all-time ugliest names. And for a girl? This is going to be one of those names we look back on in two years and say "uuggghh" like Madison or something.

If boys...
Liam - This is nice. It has always sounded a little curt to me, though, like it should be a nickname for William, but I don't really like William, so I'd say this is a big improvement on the name. This is my first choice of her boys' names.
Isaac - I don't really like it. It makes me think of a hairy old man or a very wimpy kid. 4th choice.
Jack - nice, though I prefer it as a nickname for something. 2nd choice.
Henry - ok, 3rd choice
