I prefer Sarah because it's less confusing for people to spell, but I also think that Sara is nice. Ones that I don't like: Sarha and Cerah (both have been in ballet classes with me).

I like Sarah. Using the spelling Sara will cause the child to constantly have to spell her name for everyone. I think Sarah is more usual.

I think Sara looks more pretty, but I prefer Sarah cause I love when names end in an "h."
