Message: "Neve and Nieve" - Behind the Name

I love the name Neve (NEV)as a short, sweet middle name (i.e. Alyssa Neve). However, I think Nieve looks prettier, although it's Spanish for snow and is pronounced (nyeh-beh). I speak fluent Spanish but am not of Spanish descent, and DH is English- should I even consider Nieve or stick to Neve?

I would stick with Neve if that's how you like it pronounced.

Leslie edd 4/17/05. Baby should be arriving via c-section April 8th, though.

I would say stick with Neve, as I think Nieve would cause some pronunciation problems, with how you would want it pronounce. I used to like Neve, but not anymore, as I find it incomplete sounding.
