Help[Opinions] nicknames
i was just wondering something, why is it people with the name richard alot of times end up with nn. dick? how does richard reduce down to dick? same for william-bill, robert-bob, and any other name like these? anybody have any ideas

Ya, I always wondered about that too. I don't know how the heck these names come about. Oh well, I guess I'm just gonna have to keep figuring out why!
