Well, I've never taken that into consideration, because speech impediments can be overcome, and I think people can pronounce their own names without a problem, since it is their own name...it's hard to explain, but I think it's sort of a given to pronounce, if it's our own name. Plus, you're an adult longer than a child. For myself, I do find Aurora very awkward to say.
