Yordan is an obvious transliteration of Jordan, and 'ka' name endings are a common Eastern European diminutive (see Annuska and Alenka, for example). Yordanka is most likely an Eastern European diminutive of Jordana (see Jordan for the meaning).

Jordan (Yordan) and Jordanka (Yordanka) are Bulgarian names, male and female.

If a baby was born on Epiphany (January 6th), it was very probable to be given one of those names. They originate from the name of the river where that event occurred 2 millennia ago.
