Dielle is not a feminine form either, because it would be Déesse. In fact Dielle doesn't mean anything in French. It's just a weird name, close to the French pron. of Diesel. lol
I've found this Hebrew name, Adiel, which is male, and is pron. ah-dee-eel or ah-dyel:
