I remember awhile back when Mike e-mailed me on Hebrew names (hey, being a Jew as well as a Satanist comes in handy!), and he was planning to include Yahweh in his list. No, I don't know of anyone having ever named a child "Yahweh" before, either. But I think (and correct me if I'm wrong here, Mike) that Mike's intention was just to provide some etymological background on the name itself.
