Is it really Masculine? But there was a character on Baywatch Hawaii named Kekoa and she was a female... Eversince I've liked it on a girl... :S

Kekua is lovely sounding but reminds me of Cocoa, I've never watched Baywatch but maybe it was a feminized version (how do they make names feminine in Hawaiian?)
