My cousin had twin girls this week: Amory Bella and Katherine Renee, who they are going to call Kate.
Opinions, anybody? What do you think of the names?

I keep wanting to read armory whenever I see Amory. I think Amory and Katherine are a weird combo. Similar sounding Annemarie would fit better with Katherine.

Amory? Did she mean Amaury? 'Cause if she did, she put the name on the wrong sex imo.

The spelling Amory is far too close to "amorous" imo. I love Bella though.

I like Katherine, and I prefer Kate as a formal name. I also don't like parents planning on the nickname(s) they'll call their child.

I love them both although I much prefer the spelling Amorie. Both names are very sweet and girly to me although Katherine is so much more common and recognizable. I really like them, congratulations to your cousin!

Amory sticks out because Katherine is so classic. But they arn't terrible names and congrats to your cousin
