[Games] Make a family, Part 6
Move into a house, get as many pets as you want. This letter should take place about a month after Part #5.
Twist:
In your new house, all of the kids have their own rooms- describe each of their rooms, and how they reflect their personality.
Dear family and friends:
We just moved into a big house, lots of packing and unpacking, but it was worth it. We also decided to get a new cat. Our cat is an orange tabby, and we've named him Eddie.
The kids each have their own rooms. Tiger is currently using the guest bedroom on the first floor, as he has a lot of trouble using the stairs due to his broken leg. However, when he moves into it, he will paint it red, and hang lots of pictures of skateboarders flipping and twisting in mid-air. Katrin painted hers turquoise, and has a yellow bedspread. Her room has turned into a colorful paradise. Myra's room is light purple, as she is a bit quiet and wants a room to relax in, away from noise. Sam looks up to his older brother, and has a green room with pictures of bikers zooming up a half-pipe, trying to mirror Tiger's room.
Love,
Hannah, Chris,
Tiger, Katrin, Myra, Sam,
Eddie

We moved into the new house. A very expensive couple of past months! It is a really old house and has 5 bedrooms but two are very small.
Maggie's room is very girly. She has a lavender and white ruffled bedspread and a canopy over her bed. The walls are painted lavender as well with a rose border near the ceiling and the carpet is cream. She has her collection of porcelian dolls in there and her dollhouse.
Abigail's room is light blue and green. Her bedspread has light blue, light green and white in it. Her walls are sea green and the carpet is light blue. She has a little white rocking chair with her name painted on it made for her by her great-aunt Lori. She also has lots of teddy bears.
Josh is in love with dinosaurs right now so that is the theme of his room. He has dinosaurs painted on the walls with a blue ceiling and a tan carpet. His bedspread has dinosaurs on it as well. He has a little blue table with a dinosaur scene on it from great-aunt Lori.
Jon got a racecar bed which is red and has a red bedspread with racecar sheets. The walls in his room are white with a racecar border, the ceiling is black and the carpet is tan. He also has a rocking chair (Josh didn't want one).

As you know we bought the castle in Ireland, we lived there for 2 weeks until we realised that we coldnt live in the castle until it was slightly upgraded.
The castle was so big and drafty and there were several hazards for the kids.
We moved out and rented a small cottage nearby.
The boys bedrooms were all repainted
Ocean's room was redon in blue and yellow with lots of images of the beach and surfing, we bought him a double bed which has a pale blue bedspread.
Ronan's bedroom is green with lots of tree's. It looks like a jungle! He has a big double bed with a green quilt cover with lots of animals.
Maxwell's room is done in a sky blue with big fluffy white clouds, he has a big double bed with a blue quilt with clouds.
Aubrey's room is done in a very dark blue with planets everywhere, he has a double bed with a dark blue quilt and planets on it.
We have just moved back into the castle its very large with 10 bedrooms, a library, study, music room etc.. and out side we have practically a whole village worth of land with a running river, pond, gazebo, swimming pool, tennis court and stables.
We have two dogs Oisin & Cuan and we all have horses each, we have baby lambs and ducks as well!

Dear friends and family -
We have finally finished unpacking our at our new house. We are so excited to have a house that we designed. We were able to give all of the kids their own rooms. Grace Willow painted her room blue with clouds on the ceiling. Kennedy Winter painted her room pink and Joseph Prior painted his room to look like a basketball court with wood floor and bleachers painted on the walls. Piper Isabella's room is pink and purple with tons of pictures of puppies on the wall. Sophia Kate painted her room to look like she's underwater and Claire Lorelei painted her room yellow with white polka dots. Our kids are so creative. We also welcomed two dogs into our family. We adopted them both from the local animal shelter and named them Zack and Kelly.

Dear friends & family
Yay! The time has come when I finally get my dream house! Colin, the kids & I moved into our beautiful lakefront, farmhouse located on 50 acres that has come equipped with horse stables. All of the kids have their own room (thank God!) and have finished decorating them! Also, we got a golden retriever puppy named Scout. Colin’s brother, Ewan, raises horses and has given us a black American mustang named Gilroy. The kids are ecstatic!
Isaiah has decided to decorate his room using the “Orange County Choppers” theme. He has been a big collector of model motor cycles for the past year and plans to display them.
Estella has picked out a bedding set that has pink and purple blocks with each block containing a daisy. The walls will be painted big blocks of pink and purple and daisies will be everywhere.
Juliet will be doing her room using the “Dora the Explorer” and the room will be painted a lavender.
Everett will be doing his room in Crayola using only primary colors.
Gabriel will be doing a camouflage motif with army, navy, marine & air force symbols.
Love,
Colin, Lisa,
Isaiah, Estella, Juliet, Everett & Gabriel.

Hi everyone,
Well we've finally moved into a house big enough to fit the kids! Our new place has seven bedrooms, two bathrooms and a backyard big enough to hold the kids when the get to energetic to play indoors. Mark and I decided to let the kids get creative and have as much say in the decorating of their own rooms as possible.
Harry insisted on having the room next door to Charlie, even though the spare room we were going to give him is bigger. Hes decided he wants the walls Cobalt blue and his bed is lime green. He's put pictures of animals all over the walls, from ducks to monkeys.
Charlie is very much our girlie-girl and, somewhat predictably, decided that her room was going to be pink. Mark went a little bit crazy for his little daddy's girl and turned her room into a room a princess would envy - theres lace, frills, stuffed animals and general 'pinkness' in every corner!
The triplets are so excited about having their own rooms, although I think they'll find it strange to sleep alone having shared a room their whole lives. Ella's choosen bright yellow for her room and its turned into what she calls the 'sunshine' room. Its a very warm and uplifting room.
Zoe is our adventurous one and decided that her room was going to be lots of different colours because she couldn't choose just one! So one wall is green, one purple, one white and one red. Its makes me a wee bit dizzy but she loves it! Zoe is also our little artist so the white wall is painted with a special washable paint so using the rite pens she can draw on the wall to her hearts content and it wipes straight off.
Lia's room is probably my favourite. She loves disney movies and when we let her decide what her room was going to look like she asked me if we could paint all her favourite characters on the walls. So we designed huge murals that cover all the walls and now Lia says she feels like she's walking into one of her favourite movies whenever shes in her room.

Wonderful news family
That house we were hoping to get well we got it and not a moment too soon .... It is a huge ranch house with 10 bedrooms and large kitchen a small sitting room and a den for family time. the bathrooms are nice (all 3 of them). And the best part is the kids can have a horse.
We started a rescue organization for mistreated horses and other large animals. Each of the kids and I have our own horse along with the others. Emmas is Neville, Orrins is Tempest, Elizabeths is Elgin, Orrys is Omega, Owens is Brigit Gabbies is Willow, Gwenies is Piper, and Garretts is Logans Run.
They love their horses dearly.
They all have rooms of their own now and they love it and have put thier own touch in each one.
Emmas is quite grown up for a girl with soft lavender walls and dance pictures hanging neatly,,,her bookshelves have her dance and yoga books on them and her baby shoes set on the top shelf next to her book collection that includes a Bible and works of Skakespeare and Dante.
Orrins room is very boy!! He has his sheet music holder in there for practice and a chemistry set and his walls are a rustic red with wood trim. His model airplanes from WWI era hang along one wall while his painting of Tempest with a stormy sky hangs over his bed.
Elizabeth has her room full of her dolls. She has been collecting old dolls for almost 3yrs now and has about 30 different ones. she painted her walls a bright cheery yellow and did all her trim in white.. her Bible sits on the pillow of her bed every day.
Orry has a sporty room with all his sports gear and posters of his favorite players on the walls. He really does not care about the color in his room so he just said blue stuff ... LOL... He says sports keep him too busy to bother with color LOL

Salutations, family!
Moving might have been a godsend for us; a month ago, everything was falling apart, particularly for Len. We're situated in a different county, though, and while it was hard for the children to leave behind their friends, the schools' environments seem healthier here. I'm rather glad that we've moved into such a big house. Pelly has space to do his drawings, and all the kids have their own rooms.
Len's is outfitted like a bigger version of his old room. I think he's a bit sorry to leave our old house; otherwise, he wouldn't have the blue carpet and blue paint, I don't think. I'm helping him to cover the walls in all his posters. The framed one of John Lennon is going over his bed, which is still--you guessed it--blue.
Jannie's room is green and bright. I made sure she had windows that would have a lot of light, since she loves the outdoors so well. We'll be giving her a small windowbox garden for Christmas, and until then, she's got a potted fern to live by her bed. Its name is Jingle.
Rennie has a violet room, and she's insisted on being allowed to paint a flower on the wall. Of course, that means her sisters want to each paint a flower on their walls, too, but that's not too bad a request; they're young, after all. She's got the bookshelves that were in the room the triplets used to share. We'll split the books up properly eventually, but until then, they'll have to live in Rennie's room.
Sharon's got a blue room, too. I think she's got a case of hero-worship for Len. Unfortunately, he's at the age where he can't consider that cool, but I don't think he'll be heartless towards her. Len is too good for things like that. He helped her draw a big picture of our family to hang on her wall--and he made sure they drew in John Lennon, Janis Joplin, Sharon Osborne, and Renee Zellweger, even though only Janis Joplin and John Lennon were namesakes for the kids!

Greetings from the new house!
Just a month after surgery but we're making Claire pull her weight. It's so nice to have a large house (Thank God for Athlete's salaries.) It's so beautiful. I've decorated the masterbedroom in maroons and browns. It's very classy and just the way I've always wanted it.
I've allowed the children to decorate their own rooms and Claire has decorated her's in a light blue and yellow theme. Her girly side certainly shows with the paintings of butterflies and her framed pictures of bands.
Eamonn is my five year old wanna be punk rocker. He's put denim jackets onto his wall and there are my old album covers pinned onto his wall. It's absolutely adorable and his guitar is put in the corner.
Ambrose is very into construction now so he's got Bob the Builder blankets and sandy colored walls. He's got stickers of drills and everythign posted on his wall and toys scattered around already. boys will be boys.
Lastly is Hunter. He's got a shark comforter and white walls. He's got a large poster of a whale on his wall and he's got his stuffed dolphin on his bed that he sleeps with every night.
Very unique and very them. It's perfect.
Love,
Sam, Paul, Claire, Eamonn, Ambrose, and Hunter

Hello every one!
We just moved into the new house weve been so excited about. and we got the kids a new puppy to keep our cay Zeus company. Poor old Zeus is getting so old. Ive had him since I was a senior in high school. The puupy is a jack Russell Terrior that weve named Jack.
The kids just love their new room. Aiden (who just got his cast off) helped to paint his room blue and has put pictures of guitars on the walls. It looks like hes going to take after his daddys love of guitar. He loves the little space weve set up with is guitars (his dad has bought him two now). He's getting pretty good and hes only been playing for about two years. He just started with a new teacher about two months ago.
Hannah's room being the little princess she is wanted her room pink. I didnt want to paint it pink since I knew she would grow out of it in about six years but being a daddy's girl Sean couldnt say no. He even spent 50 dollars on a new pink bedspread. Of course the other two had to have new ones too. Im not really mad though. It makes me happy to know that shes happy.
Scarlett's room is yellow. Lucky girl. She wanted Disney princess pictures on the wall so we went out and bought a bunch of posters to put on the walls. They match her new bedpread.
Adaleigh's room is green with aminals every where. Boy does that girl love animals. She wanted a zoo themed room. Her new bedspread has lion, tigers, and all kinds of other jungle animals onl it.
Im glad the kids are happy and hope that you'll all come visit soon. Love you and miss you!
Love always,
Nikki :)

Dear family and friends,
Finally we are in our new house! Each of the girls have their own room--mercifully, or else they would be in eachother's hair all of the time. There are six bedrooms (master + 4 girls + guest room), kitchen, office, formal living and dining room, and a basement playroom. These are descriptions of the girls' rooms:
Ruby: Her room is painted Ruby-red (of course) with white trim. She has enlarged posters of black and white old movie stars and old concert posters. She has a black platform bed, all fluffy white pillows and comforter, and cozy chenille black throw and black velvet curtains.
Astrid: Room is painted burnt orange, with psychadelic 60's and 70's rock posters and enlarged fashion photographs on the wall. Her floors are light hardwood with beige area rug on the bottom. Her bed is a maple-mohogany colour with a white chenille comforter and cotton bedsheets.
Georgia: Room is painted bright apple green, with white paneling on half of the walls. Her bed is a white daybed with white eyelet sheets and a green, white, yellow, and blue quilt. She has lots of ribbon boards with pictures of she and her friends on them on the walls.
Vivian: Room is a plum purple with dark hardwood floors and sheer purple-y curtains. She has a dressmaker dummy and sewing machine in her room, along with numerous other piles of clutter and books. She has an authentic mixer and some old records that she likes to fool around with. Her bedspread is the same color as her walls with a black chenille bedspread.

Whew! Lots of stuff has been happening around here! It's been two years since my last letter.
We moved out of Leah's grandparents house (where we've lived since we were married; we cared for her grandparents until they moved in town with their daughter a few months before Haven was born) las month. We've moved back to Leah's hometown of XX. Haven will be starting school with kids of Leah's friends-- just like old times. ;) Each of the kids has his or her own room now-- and they love it! Isaac and Isaiah have a transformed attic (thanks to grandpa and Daddy's hard work) that seperates into two rooms. Haven, Susan, and Mom and Dad have rooms on the second floor. It's a very nice, old house, but it's chilly int he winter!
Isaiah's room is full of his John Deere tractor collection, and Isaac loves his bugs. We're waiting for him to get old enough to have real collections (OK, dreading it), but it's cool. Susan is only three, like her brothers, so her room is pink. Mum made her a nice pink and white quilt for her bed. Haven is six, and her theme is kitty cats.
Love,
Leah, John, Haven, Isaac, Isaiah, and Susan

Dear family and friends,
Well, we finally moved into the big house we've been longing for. Our new beautiful house has 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, along with an inground pool, a spa, and an extremely large kitchen, dining, and living room. Emma decided to paint her walls a light purple. Purple is her favorite color, just like her mother. :-) Lily decided to paint her room baby blue. Marie decided on light pink and Sera choose hot pink (the color of my walls when I was her age). All 4 are doing very well in gymnastics and dance. They do all kinds of dance and are all on the cheerleading squad for their school. Emma and Marie enjoy field hockey also. We are very proud of our girls!

*PS- Jason and I are planning on adding an addition to our house to make it into a gym for the girls to train for gymnastics, cheerleading, dance, and to just plain have fun in and throw parties! We'll keep you informed! :-) God Bless!
Love,
Jay & Diana
