Opinons??? I am loving this name right now...is it going to be trendy? Too many bad "poision ivy" associations? I think it has just the right amount of sweetness and spunk...

I love the name Ivy, and I don't think it's going to be trendy, although it's very hard to predict that.

I really love it, too, but I'm a bit leery about the trendy factor, too. I can't use it, anyway because my last name starts with a V.

I don't care for it. I do not think it's pretty - at all. Plus, whenever I say it, I think of a medical IV.

the spelling "Ivy" is a bit to trendy I guess you'd say for me. I prefer Ive, Ivi, or Ivie :D

You mean the CORRECT spelling is too trendy? I'd say it was the other way around--if you spell it wrong or kre8tivlee, it looks more trendy, imo. (And Ive looks like I've, anyway)

I know of one, she was a year older than me (so about 20 or 21 now) and kind of a witch. I didnt like her too much. The name always reminds me of her. I dont like it.
Surprised how common it is on the board, I think it is pretty trendy. Never thought of the poison ivy connection, but I am sure others will, infact on another board, I remember that being an issue with someone.
